About the author

Michael Glöckner

Michael Glöckner has been a consultant and trainer in the WIEPROconsulting department at SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG since 2023. Prior to joining SEW, he worked for several years in Lean consulting at Staufen.
He studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, focusing on Production Planning and Supply Chain Management.
Within WIEPROconsulting, Mr. Glöckner primarily oversees improvement projects at the Graben-Neudorf site. He initiates and supports projects in manufacturing and assembly related to material flow and production design.
Additionally, Mr. Glöckner conducts training sessions on Lean Assembly and Lean Manufacturing.
