Has been supporting projects as an intern at Staufen since 2021.

Has worked with Lean Transformation alongside factory planning in a nautical-leisure company.

Is currently studying about the application of Office Floor Management in agile structures in partnership with UNICAMP.

- Greenfield project inside nautical-leisure company;
- Consultancy diagnostics in companies from multiple segments, including food&beverage, nautical-leisure and Mechanical Metal;
- Shop Floor Management implementation and follow-up coaching sessions to ensure the redefinition of information flow.
