About the author
With more than 20 years of consulting experience, he has participated in Lean transformation projects of several approaches, such as: Strategic Deployment (Hoshin-Kanri), Lean Plant Design (factory layout), Kanban (physical and electronic), Continuous Flow, Work Standardization etc.
He is an instructor of several learning modules related to Lean, such as: value stream mapping, continuous flow and lean layout, lean supply chain, A3 method, Toyota Kata, methods and analysis of problem solving, etc.
- Construction of corporate production systems (animal nutrition, automotive and agricultural machinery);
- Lean Plant Design – factory layout and support operations (automotive, agricultural machinery, oil and gas);
- Pulled systems: production schedule and purchasing;
- Assisted several companies in multiple sectors such as: agricultural machinery, animal nutrition, white line automotive, metal-mechanic and medical equipment;
- Among the companies, we can highlight Aker Solutions (Brazil and Norway), Weatherford, NG Metallurgical, CNH, AtlasCopco, Alubauen, JBT, Panasonic, Rexam, Jacto Group, Neovia, etc.
