About the author
With more than 20 years of experience in consulting and interim management, he participated in Lean transformation projects in several countries, being co-founder of Táktica Lean Consulting (today, Staufen Táktica).
He also serves as a coach for executives, focused on strategy deployment, KPIs definition, Shop / Office floor Management and continuous improvement program (Kata). Focus on transformation (processes, technology and people) in a sustainable way to increase performance in efficiency, costs, quality, OTIF, lead time (E2E), EBIT, etc.
- In Brazil, assisted companies such as Volvo, Mahle Thyssenkrupp, Marcopolo, Sulzer, Neumayer-Tekfor, Oerlikon, Novozymes, Suzano, Itaú, among others;
- During his 8 years of residence in China (Tianjin and Shanghai) he led the transformation of Alstom Hydro and directly managed the transfer of the old factory to its new site (Tianjin);
- In China, he has been a consultant to several companies such as AIRBUS, Alstom Thermal, Axus Stationary, Novozymes, Voith Hydro, Fluidra, Noblesse Magazine, among others.
