About the author

He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of industrial management developed in major companies in the segments of consumer and capital goods such as Siemens, Legrand and Weatherford in the areas of Production, Industrial Engineering, Product Development, PCP, Maintenance, Project Management and Continuous Improvement.

Responsible for several projects involving continuous flow creation, value stream mapping, kaizen events, hoshin kanri, Shop floor Management, help chain, kanban system, low-cost automation, manufacturing cell creation, problem solving with method A3, among others.

- Implementation of Operational Excellence and Office floor Management programs for service and support areas;
- Training and coaching for introduction of the A3 method for problem solving and improvement projects;
- Implementation of Hoshin Kanri using the Blue Sky workshop to deploy the strategy;
- Lean Banking training program;
- Project for optimization and control of the freight management process.
