About the author

She began her career in 2016 as an intern at Braskem, in the Process Engineering area, assisting in the daily monitoring and KPIs analysis of the polyethylene process. Assisted the diagnosis of losses and evaluation of equipment performance;

In 2018, she started as an intern at DuPont, also in the Process Engineering area, focusing on optimization and continuous improvement in the production process of isolated soybean protein and effluent treatment, as well as the respective control loops.

Projects:
- Durr: Consulting in structured problem solving;
- OJI Papeis: Implementation of 5S methodology in the industry;
- Suzano: Industry’s team leader routine analysis and development of its tasks for problem solving and continuous improvement;
- Itaú: Materials development for Lean Banking.
