About the author

More than 20 years of experience at Mercedes Benz Brazil as a planning and production engineer. As a planning engineer, he developed activities such as preparation of process plans, productive capacity studies and rationalization. Later, he worked as kaizen's internal consultant in the area of shaft manufacturing.

In 2002, he joined Táktica as a senior consultant, to develop projects to implement Lean tools in various segments of companies such as Mechanical Metal, Automotive, Chemistry, Construction Material, Consumer Goods and Electro-electronics.
