More than 14 years at Mercedes-Benz and Daimler in executive positions in the areas of Operations, R&D, Sales, Project Management, Strategy and Organizational Development, working throughout the value chain.

Coordinated the Lean organization of the three Mercedes-Benz plants in Brazil and internationally, leading teams and executives in achieving goals related to productivity, quality, delivery and costs.

Since 2014, started working at STAUFEN, with hands-on projects in Brazil and abroad.

- Optimization of On time delivery of Schott Brazil, with implementation of Shop floor Management and review of end-to-end flows (from order to delivery).
- Diagnosis and review of the production, logistics and information flows of Alestis Aerospace;
- Lean training of Suzano's operational leadership and mentoring of Operational Excellence teams;
- Lean training to Itaú managers;
- Diagnosis and support to the implementation of Lean program in Technical and Field Assistance areas of Thyssenkrupp Elevators in Brazil and South America;
- Operational Excellence in Deutsche Bahn Berlin offices, Coaching SFM at Brose - USA.
