The international Lean conference, offered by Staufen Táktica, an international Lean Management consultancy, will take place on June 7 and 8 at the SENAC Convention Center (São Paulo).

The opening of the Staufen Táktica conference will be presented by Michael Ballé, author of several books on Lean, among them "The Lean Manager", "The Golden Mine" and "Leading with respect".
Systems and practices that drive cost reduction and productivity increase will be discussed during the two-day conference. On June 8, the agenda is focused on workshops with specific themes. The Shop floor Management workshops will be held at the Schott plant in Itupeva, and Valtra plant in Mogi das Cruzes, references in Lean concepts implementation. The Toyota Kata workshop will be at the ZF plant in São Bernardo do Campo.
During the tour on the site facilities, participants will see the operations performance, the resistances and the daily routine during the Lean journey within the units.
